Request for Review – Felony Animal Cruelty, False Report to Police, and Related Conduct

On the night of May 31, 2026, My evil neighbor in Granbury Texas interupted my live video stream to tell me she had five day old kittens under her home and her adult son was coming home the following evening. She told me when her adult son got home he would get rid of the kittens. I told the evil neighbor that I had to get the kittens mother cat in or get kitten formula because 5 day old kittens are still newborns and need milk every 2 hours or they would die. Since it was after 10pm I could not get kitten milk aka kitten formula delivered and the mother was not around when the sick and evil granbury texas lady aka evil neighbor told me where they kittens were. Ann the evil ****** verbally agreed that I could come rescue the kittens tomorrow which was June 1, 2026. I prepared a room overnight to bring the kittens in and try to get the mom. I have helped many feral cats and mother cats with raising kittens then homing them to other animal lovers over the years. The evil neighbor. Granbury Texas Lady Agreeded To Let Me Get The Kittens And Not Interfere On Video As You Hear While I Show Solar Lights. The granbury texas neighbor and her adult daughter did not even wait till noon to give me a chance to get the mother and the kitten milk aka kitten formula delivered. On June 1, 2026 Granbury Texas lady dumped 5 day old kittens in a field to die and would not disclose the location. I was waiting outside for Ann to come out and she did not come because before even noon the granbury neighbors were killing the kittens. Ann the evil neighbor and her adult daughter pulled into her driveway tossing an empty cat carrier saying that they dumped the kittens in a field. WTF where is their humanity the evil american asses! I cried begging her to tell me where and she said no. She said they are in a field. I told her they were going to die and starve to death. She does not even own the home. I wonder if the guy her son rents from knows what kind of people they are. How would it have hurt to allow the kittens to nurse with the mother overnight and allow me to get them the following day. This is so bad like living a real life horror film and the sick sad part is I called the police and animal control both to help come out and make her say where they were. Nobody Came to Help Save the Kittens! The neighbor and her adult daughter intentionally took the newborn kittens to a field and abandoned them. When the neighbor returned, she stated she had dumped them and refused to disclose the location. When asked where they were again and again so they could be rescued. RIP Poor newborns.”

At five days old, kittens cannot regulate their body temperature, cannot walk, cannot hold their heads up, cannot cry loudly enough to be found, and require feeding every two hours. Abandoning them in a field without their mother caused prolonged suffering, including hypothermia, starvation, dehydration, fear, and distress. Their deaths were slow, painful, and inevitable. The fact that she did not disclose the address of the kittens shows how truely evil this lady is. How sick her and her daughter are to do such a cruel deed to helpless kittens! I was ready to take them in and raise them so they could have a life. Ann and the adult daughter knew I was wanting to take care of the kittens and mother so they would have a good life away from the inbrds aka evil neighbors but, the american inbrds aka evil neighbors killed them for no reason. That is so sick and sad.

This incident meets the statutory definition of a State Jail Felony because the kittens were intentionally abandoned, deprived of necessary care, and subjected to prolonged suffering resulting in death. Reasonable arrangements for custody were available, as I had already offered to take the kittens and provide immediate care.

During the period when the kittens were still alive, multiple calls were made to law enforcement and animal control begging for assistance in compelling the neighbor to disclose the location. Police advised contacting animal control. Animal control stated they would call back but did not. Several follow‑up calls went to voicemail. No officer or animal control representative came to assist while the kittens were still alive.

The neighbor called 911 and falsely claimed that I was standing in her driveway with a “lead pipe.” Video evidence shows that only a phone was being held. Officers arrived and to accuse me of having a lead pipe and question me as I was crying over the death of the kittens. Not one time did they come ask ann where the kittens were. Not 1 time did they come to help me save them. I have full video footage showing I was just filming I was not even in her driveway except for crossing it to get to the front door to knock. When I knocked she told me go around back to talk. Still filming I went to the backyard and asked here where she dumped the kittens. She kept yelling saying in a field and I made her do it. I am like wtf does that mean. How stupid can a person be. I knew she was stupid but this tops it all. Evil and the granbury police said what she did was not a crime Then coming to threaten me with jail eh. I told the granbury police I did not have a weapon and went to ask her where the kittens were while fliming. I told one of the police offers I had the full video on my phone. He seemed not to hear or not to care. WTF is wrong with people out here! This constitutes a Class B Misdemeanor, punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a fine up to $2,000. *how can the police say she comitted no crime.!!

June 2, 2026, the neighbor’s adult daughter ran into my yard yelling that she was going to “kick my ass” for speaking to her mother. A 911 call was made by me to stop her, and she retreated. Although no physical contact occurred, this behavior has caused ongoing fear and distress and I believe verbal asualt and criminal tresspas is a crime but police again say no crime was comitted because she did not beat my ass as she threatend. Cuz I called 911.

The neighbor has a pattern of luring cats to her property using free cat food obtained from the food bank. I feed and socialize or tame feral cats so they can be brought indoors, spayed or neutered, and heal while learning about love and trust. I then placed in permanent homes when I find the best family to care for them. The neighbor’s conduct interferes with these efforts and contributes to ongoing harm to animals.

Since the incident, there has been severe emotional and physical distress, including nightmares about the kittens dying, vomiting, shaking, chest pain, and inability to sleep.

Based on the facts and the applicable Texas Penal Codes, this incident qualifies as felony animal cruelty, accompanied by a false report to police and threatening behavior. Review under the correct statutory sections is requested.

The evil neighbor does not have cats and often told me her adult son will kill cats if he sees them in the yard yet, she started feeding the cats I had staying in my yard and balcony. That is evil. Ann & her adult daughter ended up being the ones to kill the newborn kittens for no reason. The black cat that I had tamed and called blackie stayed in my yard and on the back balcony until she started luring him over to her place. This all started just after I told her someone was going to come and see Blackie in hopes to give him a good home. The lady that was going to home Blackie aka the black cat even said she was wanted to take him in before I neutered him so she could not just save me the money but, bond with him while he healed. That does not happen often and when it does it is amazing and easier on me. I couldn't take him inside at that time because, I had a feral mother cat with babies in the only room left that I could quarantine from the many other cats. The evil neighbor Ann told me she started feeding the black cat because grandson liked the cat but, cats are not toys! All cats need or deserve homes. The black cat got one of the young cats I was working to tame pregnant. That cats the mother of the newborn kittens killed by the Granbury Texas neighbor and her adult daughter. The evil Granbury lady dumped kittens in a field to die. The neighbor refused to tell me where they dumped the kittens so I could rescue them. This is the ultimate evil that is renting the trailer next door!. I feed ferals and tame then so I can bring them inside to care for them. I spay and neuter the ferals and keep them inside for love and healing. After the wildcats and feral cats are tame enough, I find them loving forever homes with other cat lovers and animal loves that will keep them inside and safe.
